Red light therapy or photobiomodulation, is a non-invasive treatment that uses red or near-infrared light to promote a wide range of benefits, from improving skin health and reducing pain to enhancing cellular function and supporting mental well-being.

Our red-light therapy panel is mounted in our full spectrum infrared sauna and is included with your infrared sauna session! It utilizes a 36” panel, flicker free dual-chip technology, 200 red (660nm) and 200 NIR (850nm) lights that can be operated separately or together.
